Complete and submit the online proposal. Wegmans does not accept written, faxed or emailed requests.
Log in to the same site to check the status of the request.
Response: Allow at least 4 weeks for a response. If the event is 90 days or more in the future, Wegmans says it will contact you closer to the event, with enough time for you to plan.
