For businesses
You already help. Get credited for it.
This is for the roofer who donates a repair every year, the print shop that runs the league banners at cost, the two-person agency that builds a shelter's website for free, the software company that gives nonprofits a free plan. You do these things and get a name in a photo caption. This board gets you a credit on the organization's website, with a link, which is worth more than most of what people pay for.
What you do
- Browse organizations that need help. Filter by your area and by what you can give. Each listing shows where the organization credits supporters and how many it already links to.
- Pick one, click to get their email, and offer. Keep it simple: what you can do, when, and that you would like to be credited on their supporters page.
- Do the deed. Then send the two-minute email and report it here. We publish a page about it that you can link from your own site.
Or post what you can give and let organizations come to you.
What you get
- A credit with a link from a nonprofit, school or league website. Those links are earned, local, and relevant, and nobody can buy them.
- A story worth sharing. The organization posts it, the local paper sometimes picks it up, and we write a page about it with your name on it.
- Customers who saw you do something real in their town.
What works best
Give what you actually do. A roofer fixing a roof reads as marketing anyone respects. A roofer handing over cash for a mention reads as something else, and it is the one thing search engines say they do not like. Products, services, expertise and volunteer time first. Twenty examples by trade.
What it costs
Nothing. We do not sell listings or placement, and organizations are not allowed to sell credits. If anyone asks you to pay for a link here, tell us.
